I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to Katie for creating my amazing headpiece for a wedding i recently attended. I had been looking for a long time for 'something a bit different' and quirky and luckily came across Katies website. I got in touch and explained what i was looking for and she immediatley came up with the answer!! Before i commited she kindly sent me a photo of 3 various proto types to choose from so i knew exactly what the design was going to be. The amazing thing was she only had 2 weeks to create and get it to me which she thankfully fulfilled. I had resigned myself to the fact if i couldn't find what i wanted then i would go hatless.
Katie went over and beyond and what an amazing experience to deal with her.

Katie provided great customer service and was easily contactable for queries regarding delivery (I needed a quick one in time for a wedding!)!

I cannot recommend WillowandHermione enough! I have never had anything custom made before so was a little nervous but the customer experience journey from beginning to end was exceptional! Every question was answered swiftly, I was consulted throughout and Katie even took the time to record me a video of how to wear the hat. The product itself was made with such attention to detail and I had so many compliments wearing it on the day. Thank you Katie! x
