Shipping policy

Willow & Hermione is a small independent family run business that hand makes every piece in house. Some items are made to order and some are already made and can be immediately dispatched, please check individual item listings to see lead times.

Our lead times on made to order items is 7-14 days. If a handmade piece is ordered that has a lead time with an already made piece we will send these items together when the lead piece is completed, if you would like one to be delivered immediately please email us at hello@willowandhermione.co.uk

We send orders out with Royal Mail, in such instances that there are delays within Royal Mail at the time of ordering we will dispatch your order via a courier to reduce delays to you. 

Once the order is out of hands we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, items that have been tracked and show as delivered or for mistakes at the checkout where addresses have been incorrectly entered.
